These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://hellobussin.com and any services provided by Bussin ("we", "us", or "our"), a digital agency based in Greece. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Bussin provides digital agency services including but not limited to web design, web development, e-commerce development, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed upon separately between Bussin and the client before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. All project agreements are subject to mutual written confirmation.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following intellectual property terms apply:
- Client content: You retain ownership of all content, branding, and materials you provide to us for use in a project.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables transfers to you, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
- Pre-existing materials: We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used during the project. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these as part of the delivered project.
- Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Payments
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. General terms include:
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the project agreement.
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated in the project agreement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of work until outstanding balances are settled.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question.
- We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or damages caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice under the following conditions:
- By the client: You may terminate at any time by providing written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
- By Bussin: We may terminate if payment obligations are not met, if the client is unresponsive for an extended period, or if continuing the project would be impractical.
Upon termination, all completed deliverables paid for will be delivered to the client. Any unpaid work remains the property of Bussin.
Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the website without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
